Next month, President Barack Obama will land in the country of “Sparkling” Korea from Nov. 18 to 19 for a summit with President Lee Myung-bak.
President Obama invited Lee to the White House on June 16, and the Korean president was practically giggling like a school girl. Seoul will be the first stop on Obama’s Asian tour, which will include Japan, China and Singapore to participate in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum.
Expectation is there will of course be lengthy discussion of North Korea involved. But, after the President’s thoughtful commentary on Kanye, should we expect to hear his position on the Jaeboem situation?
Kidding. But, knowing how popular he is in Japan, it’ll be interesting to see how South Korea’s populace treats him.
Judging by this video, President Obama appears to have his Korean down pat.
