Happy Sunday and happy Lunar New Year to those who celebrate! (And also happy Super Bowl Sunday to all those who, um, celebrate this tradition as well.)
Anyway, Lunar New Year used to be a time when there was always a ton of special programming for the holidays (dance battles, special variety show one-offs — I’m pretty sure that’s how “We Got Married” got its very start what feels to be decades ago), but there has definitely been less special programming over the years, which is sad.
This wasn’t exactly for Lunar New Year, but this show used to be so good and something I looked forward to every year during the Lunar New Year and for Chuseok:
