Welcome to another edition of SB Week in Review. Here’s all the news you might have missed over the past week:

  • In addition to his 5-years sentence for aggravated rape, Choi Jonghoon has also been sentenced to an additional year in jail for drunk-driving back in 2016 and attempting to cover it up with bribery, as well as spreading illegal footage of a woman’s nude body.
  • Park Yoochun is scheduled for a detention judgement trial as he has failed to pay damages to one of the women who accused him of sexual assault. Back in 2016, Park was accused of sexual assault by four women. Although he got off with a verdict of not guilty (due to a lack of concrete evidence), the second woman to come forward filed a criminal complaint for compensation of a 100 million won. However, Park has not paid a single time till today, even though no objection was made at the time of the ruling.
