CéCi magazine, a Korean-born publication, has always promoted itself as the magazine for Korean women in their twenties; and this year the magazine joins that same age group. Starting in 1994, CéCi has shone a light on the finest visuals of Hallyu, and continues to hold its own among a market filled with Western-backed competitors.
While it hasn’t all been perfect — the latest example is a BTS photobook with Rap Monster wearing SS insignia — CéCi has given us its share of memorable images.
