A Korean-American by the name of Andrew Kim just filed a lawsuit against Rain for borrowing $150,000 worth of gambling money three years ago and never paying him back. Kim added that the star not only has a severe gambling problem, but he also tried to obtain a green card from U.S. immigration officials in order to avoid mandatory military service back in the homeland. Rain’s side plans to prove his innocence by all means possible, which will include a counter lawsuit.
