Welcome to the first round of the annual edition of Seoulbeats March Madness: The Round of 64. For the uninitiated, hop over here to familiarise yourself, then jump right in!
The first round of battle sees all 64 contestants pitted against one another. New blood is the theme of the year, as rookies fight to be recognised for their vocals, dancing, and rap virtuosity.
Half the field will be eliminated in this round. The next round will be based on who votes! We’ve put the entire setup for the competition in this handy graphic:

The rules are simple: the Round of 64 consists of 32 matches, in four categories. Vote for the contestants you would like to see move on to the next round by completing the poll. Your votes are the only factor in the outcome of the competition.
Voting closes on Saturday, 12 March at 11:45 pm (EST).
