- The drama What’s Up has been lurking around the edges of our Kdrama radars with only snippets of information and pics being leaked every so often. The drama has a promising cast including the debut of Daesung and a script by a succesful writer many kdrama fans are anxiously awaiting its run which will be sometime in 2011. Finally, a trailer has been released and… my interest has been piqued. The second song in the trailer is, fittingly enough, “Fame,” which What’s Up‘s story line is similar to. (dramabeans)
- G-Dragon‘s G-Market MV and the two CFs he shot will be released at 10:00 am on 11/11/2010. They shoud’ve released it at 8:10 pm, then it would’ve been 20:10 11/11/2010. (bigbangupdates)
- Jay Park uploaded another YouTube vid to announce fan meets in Thailand and Malaysia and a mini showcase in Indonesia in which he’ll donate 50% of the proceeds to help disaster victims there. He also did a cover of “Can’t Be Friends” for his fans. (omona)
- Japanese Transsexual star Haruna Ai, takes on the persona of Love and sings “Crazy Love” which is a cover of T-ara‘s “Anata no sei de Kuruisou“ (I Go Crazy Because of You). You might remember Haruna Ai as the star who nibbled on Kim Hyun-joong‘s fingers during the Japanese variety show Gourmans Table. It’s not bad at all except when she goes down to those lower notes, that was kind of weird. (aramatheydidnt)
- Lee Min-jung is going more dramatic in her rumored next lead actress role in the forthcoming Kdrama, Midas. The back drop of the story is life in the stock market world, I wonder if Min-jung will have the ‘golden’ touch. Midas is set to take over the Monday-Tuesday time slot on SBS in 2011 after the run of Athena: Goddess of War. (dramabeans)
- Good news for JYJ fans with tickets to the concert in the NYC, JYJ has landed in your state, so your concert is ON. Junsu and Jaejoong both uploaded tweets about New York including pics and talking about the weather being cold there. I’d just like them to know that the weather in Hawaii is GREAT with tomorrow’s forecast partly sunny in the 80s. Yup, I’m still a bit bummed that they canceled on us here, I would’ve been seeing them performing up close and personal tonight! Aigoo… (newsen, )
- 2PM looks like they had a great time fishing and biking in the woods even if they were there to film a CF for Cass beer. Aaw, I would love to go fly fishing in the mountains of Korea. (newsen)
