Upon thoughtful reflection, I realized that I had been long neglecting our loyal XY chromosomal contingent of Seoulbeats readers (if you’re out there, let us know!!). I very regularly post effusive remarks praising the earthly wonders that are highly attractive male KPOPstars, but very seldom do the same for your tastes. Hence, I feel that apologies are in order. In the hopes that you will forgive my grave oversight, I give you Girls’ Generation…
…in costume!
Ok, so maybe this isn’t a fair trade for my daily odes on the beauty that is the beastly (and usually shirtless) male KPOPstar, but at least it’s about editorial fashion spreads of a group of pretty girls…errr…hot chicks (?!) in teddy bear and bunny ears. Satisfied, boys?
The spreads of the generally nice (and sometimes naughty!) nine, for NYLON and Elle Girl magazines, evoke the characters and whimsy of Alice in Wonderland, in my opinion; though I’m not altogether positive that that is actually the concept for either of the photo spreads.
For example, we have Jessica as the titular Alice as well as the offbeat Madhatter:
