Headlines

  • In Hybe news:
    • Dispatch released more Min Hee-jin text messages in which she seemingly dismissed a staff member’s claims of being sexually assaulted, as well as discussed eliminating members from NewJeans‘ debut line-up.
    • Dispatch later revealed Hybe as their source for the texts. In turn, Min Hee-jin filed a defamation lawsuit against five Hybe executives, and Hybe announced their intentions to counter sue.
    • CEO Park Ji-won stepped down in part of a planned move towards Hybe 2.0. However, he will remain with the company.
    • Ador released a lengthy statement refuting plagiarism claims againt NewJeans’ “Bubblegum.”
  • Sexual assault accusations were raised against actor Yoo Ah-in amid his ongoing illegal drugs trail. His lawyer has denied all claims, and police are investigating.
