The turn from winter to spring is first signified with the calendar starting with the letter “M” for March. Flowers bloom, sunny days are stretched longer, and heavy winter coats are replaced with lighter cardigans. With more light than darkness, the overall mood seems to life as we can venture outdoors to enjoy the sun.

In that regard however, March can also represent the upturns & down spirals that come with the change in season. A change of this sort can be reflected in similar shifts in mood, mind, or mental state. Though we hope spring brings forth more hope and joy, it may not be the same for everyone – especially since mental health can continually be in flux.
