Welcome back to For Your Viewing Pleasure, where we take the time out of the week to share some of the most recent fashion-forward photos tied to the K-pop landscape.
This week, we turn our attention to actress Jeon Ji-hyun. While her springboard to fame was for her iconic role in the 2001 romantic comedy viral-hit film My Sassy Girl as “The Girl” starring opposite Cha Tae-hyun, newer K-pop followers may better know her for her role in the 2012 summer blockbuster hit The Thieves or for her role as the tragic starlet Cheon Song-yi in the currently airing You Who Came From The Stars.
Like her character in the drama, Jeon Ji-hyun is undoubtedly an “A-list” actress whose name gets people talking. But while her character’s career seems to be falling apart at the seams, in real life as an celebrity, she is in as high demand as ever. The following is a sample of some of Jeon Ji-hyun’s recent photoshoots for fashion magazines and apparel brands.
Featured in the February 2014 issue of Elle Korea posing with Rouge&Lounge designer bags:
She is also the model for the Spring/Summer 2014 collection of outdoor clothing brand Nepa:
As well as feminine apparel brand She’s Miss‘ Spring/Summer 2014 collection:
And while these photos from the September 2013 issue of Vogue Korea aren’t as recent as the photoshoots above, it’s such a beautiful photoshoot it would be a crime not to showcase as well:
Any favorite photos, readers? Thoughts on the gorgeous actress herself?
