I would cry the Nile river.
For those of you who know me, you all know that I have a HUGE Dong Bang Shin Ki bias. But what some of you may not know, is that I have a HUGE Yunho bias. I have a keychain of him on my Blackberry, I have intricately hung up a poster of him in my dorm room so that he is the last thing I see before I go to sleep, and I have even seen what our babies look like using morphthing.com.
Expect a wedding invitation in six years.
Recently on the show “Taxi,” Yunho and Changmin discussed how they feel about relationships. In the midst of this discussion, Yunho revealed that he would like to get married at 32 (31 in non-Korean age).
It got me thinking. We all have our ultimate favorites in KPOP; my favorite just happens to be Jung Yunho. I’ve always known him as this dancer, singer, leader idol that is the conquistador of my heart. Beyond the fangirling however, he has a life beyond pleasing me and all the other millions of girls that will claim all that I have. Being of a certain generation however, I have yet to experience seeing one of my favorite idols marry. It’s interesting to think about especially considering that idols, their companies, and even many fans believe that an idol should dedicate all their love and attention to their fans, like one would typically with their lover. Whether that is right or wrong is a different debate, but it is interesting to think about an idol after marriage.
Who is your favorite idol and what do you think it would be like (besides heart crushingly sad) if they got married?
