Yup! The initially underestimated dark horse in this crazy K-pop idol popularity race has pulled ahead in a big way.
KARA has landed a deal as sponsors for KDDI‘s Christmas themed “au Smart Sports Run & Walk” campaign. The girls will help encourage users to track their steps/jogging using their cell phones. The top 100 participants in the “au Santa’s Written Challenge” will be entered in a contest to receive a Christmas present.
Starting November 1st through December 24th a Christmas themed KARA will appear in advertisements for the campaign.
