I’m not sure about this equation, but when it comes to Hyori, the two definitely go hand in hand. Looking a tad bit frailer than her usual curvier self, Korea’s representative fashionista has been selected as Asia’s model for the global 2010 Adidas Originals campaign. And may I add, the first star from the whole of Asia to model for this campaign. Alongside the mighty company of Ciara and Mr. David Beckham himself, you really can’t complain about that.
I can however complain about Hyori’s spread in this month’s issue of Cosmopolitan. While Adidas Originals is the lifestyle and fashion brand that “celebrates originality” I’m guessing that everyday wearability is an afterthought, just like most fashion spreads. Yeah, fashion maven I am not. But because I love Hyori from her bangin’ body to her smiling eyes, I took this in stride and amused myself with the Engrish and spelling fail. “Live Fast, Dress Rock!” and “Halem Days” should be made into t-shirts.
Borderline-obnoxious fashion, but Hyori is stunning nevertheless.
