Once upon a time, I was an incurable night owl, and no work or school schedule could tie me down (aka I went to school regularly with under 5 hours of sleep; Do not follow my example!). Alas, now I am an adult, and with adult responsibilities and adult non-invincibility (these days, I FEEL it when I sleep less than six hours) comes a more normal sleep schedule.

Has my health and general wellbeing improved as a result? Yes, it has! Still, there are times when I feel almost nostalgic for my midnight-friendly days.
