Welcome back to another instalment of For Your Viewing Pleasure, where we take time out of the week to curate a set of photos from the K-pop landscape.
In recent photoshoots, natural makeup, alluring silhouettes, and a sense of vulnerability dominate. Jimin from BTS anticipates his first solo release, Face, with a series of stripped down portraits. Clad in a simple white T-shirt, the focus is on his face as he shifts positions, eventually making direct eye contact with the viewer. Son Na-eun and Blackpink‘s Lisa, meanwhile, bare themselves in more of a physical sense with their geometric cutouts in their outfits, showing off their lithe bodies in confident strides.
