BTS also had a rough week following criticism from some Chinese netizens over their 6.25 statement and its lack of mention of China.
Choi Jong-bum‘s one year sentence was finalized this week. He was found guilty of the assault and blackmail of Goo Hara back in 2019 but appealed his sentence in May.

Debuts & Comebacks

Things got a bit hypnotic in NCT‘s “Make a Wish (Birthday Song)” MV.
- The group also dropped photo teasers for the the other Resonance Pt 1 title track, “From Home.”
Our reviewer saw emotional new beginnings in Pentagon‘s “Daisy.”
VeriVery‘s “GBTB” was a heavier turn for the group.
Weeekly‘s “Zig Zag” was a fun coming of age story, according to our reviewer.
Kim Wooseok and Lee Eunsang sang of “Memories.”
Loco‘s “Can’t Sleep” featuring Heize slowed things down a bit. Look out for our review!
Chen made a much awaited return with the single, “Hello.” However, the release was bittersweet as he announced his military enlistment date is set for October 26. We wish him all the best!
Suhyun‘s “Alien” was a lot of quirky fun.
Blackswan said Goodbye Rania with “Tonight.”
M.O.N.T. played the “Anti Hero” in their latest MV.
Gary dropped the mini album 2020.

B1a4‘s “Like a Movie” is setting the stage for a cute neighbor romance. The album Origine will be out on October 19.
Loona is asking “Why Not?” on the same day.
The highlight medley is out for Seventeen‘s special album Semicolon, also due out on the 19th.
Crush is using Instagram to tease his October 20 album, With Her. The album will feature collabs with Lee Hi, Lee Sora and Bibi.
Alexa invited fans to “Enter the Alexa World” in an extended teaser for her October 21 album, Decoherence.
Individual member teasers keep coming for Twice‘s Eyes Wide Open album, coming on October 26.
- Jeongyeon will not participate in comeback promotions as she plans to take care of her mental health.
Also dropping concept teasers are TXT for Minisode 1: Blue Hour.
CIX will be back with Hello, Strange Time on October 27.
Woollim‘s new boy group, Drippin will debut with “Boyager” on October 28.
FNC‘s P1Harmony are also scheduled to debut on the 28th.
JBJ95 set their comeback for the same date.
CL announced an October 29 comeback.
Mino will follow on October 30 with the solo mini album, Take.
On November 9, GFriend will continue their 回 (Return) series with Walpurgis Night.
Junsu (Xia) will make his first comeback in three years this November.
