Sunmi’s “Siren”, KBS Music Bank, September 14, 2018

Sunmi manages to look like a queen even in a sparkly red costume but she definitely commandeered this stage. Armed with the powerful “Siren“, Sunmi effortlessly handles the choreography (which gets intense at times), and delivers a quality vocal performance at the same time. Her back-up dancers deserve praise too, because the swift transitions between the two crews enable the performance to flow very smoothly.

Pentagon’s “Naughty Boy”, Mnet M! Countdown, September 13, 2018

The quirky introduction and the giant frog in the background really set the mood for this adorable performance. Despite the turmoil that might have been going on with E’Dawn’s scandal and recent departure from the group, the Pentagon members still give it their all in this performance. Their facial expressions and energetic dances bring life to this playful track and the performance was extremely enjoyable.

Oh My Girl’s “Remember Me”, SBS The Show, September 11, 2018

The black-red dress code here is more effective than the other colour schemes Oh My Girl carried in their other performances of “Remember Me”. The members’ charisma shine through this performance, and they present a fiercer side of themselves that they rarely displayed before. Oh My Girl successfully broke away from their usual bright and cute concepts through this comeback, and it definitely shows here.

Park Jimin‘s “April Fools”, MBC Show Champion, September 12, 2018

Jimin’s style is completely on point here — her fabulous bob, her outfit, and her sparkly hoops work well together to exude a confidence that is uniquely hers. Her amazing vocal ad-libs and ease on stage really prove how much of a professional she is despite her relatively young age.

Hyomin‘s “Mango”, Mnet M! Countdown, September 13, 2018

Sunmi’s sparkly red outfit met its match in Hyomin’s red jumpsuit, jacket, and stockings with heels ensemble, which Hyomin definitely pulls off well too. Her gaze, which is aggressive at times and alluring at others, brings out the different moods of this vibrant song.
