Even animated, these two still look amazing.

And quite honestly, one of my favorite songs of all time.

I have to hand it to Seo In Kook– the more I listen to his music, the more I like him. While I usually brush off covers and samples of old hits, A-ha‘s 1985 hit “Take on Me” is an exception to the rule. And while I am surprised that the music video director for Seo In Kook’s “Take” more than borrowed the idea from A-ha’s original (and I mean, literally original-until now) music video, I think that the storyline between So Ji Sub and Jung So Min is beyond precious.

But that’s just me. Do you think this song and music video are a little too unoriginal and over-sampled? (I just hope they purchased the rights to cover the song/music video for fear of more Kpop plagiarism and legal drama!!)

Here’s A-ha’s MV:

The MV and song are for KT TECH’s new TAKE smartphone.

PS. Gah-this song always makes me want to sing out loud and dance! And Seo In Kook can really hit those high notes, can’t he?!! !
