I miss you guys writing your opinions on the MV. I could go to allkpop and get the same news, I choose this site because you guys usually say something more than it was good. This time a mv was slabbed down with no more words then thank goodness for the subs. Still love you guys though, just want more thought.
Honestly the song was ok, but the whole concept made me want to puke slightly. They are shaking their butts and pelvic thrusting while asking the guy what they could do for his attention. It is wrong. Maybe if the subs were there, I could blindly follow the wonder girlish vibe…maybe

  In terms of dancing, it fits with the genre given the dancehall feel. This is actually a tame version of what reggae dancing is like. I like it, though I do like reggae music.

    Ditto. I was a little shocked at the “because of you my body wants ya” line, considering how conservative Korea is, but other than that I thought the dancing was pretty tame.
    
    I love dancehall music so, this definitely appealed to me more than GGBG, but for some reason I feel like this won’t do as well :(

      After reading your comments, I can understand what you mean by conservative. There is obviously a lot more they could have done, which thankfully they left out. I guess what I am trying to say, is that I don’t like the concept. It’s cute, but thinking about the people (men) behind it makes me a bit sick. I guess I will never really like the sort of attitude where the girl must be cute and cuddly in order to make it. It makes the girls seem so, so obedient? I don’t know, I should stop before I start to confuse myself.

….Really? I mean, REALLY? And I thought Bad Girl Good Girl was bad. This is kind of catchy, but so mediocre, simple and monotone (so are their voices) at the same time. And don’t get me started on the concept and the dance. One word: horrendous. I feel bad for them.

Everybody always says these girls are so talented. Well, if that is the case, that I’d wish JYP would give them songs/choreography/clothing that would show that!

although the choreography is really fun! i feel like the song is still missing something to give it that spark. this is typical of jyp’s writing though. his stuff sounds so monotone <—-not really sure how to describe it.

Weird, I’m having a WG de ja vu. The time when they debuted Irony and then later on they had to do Tell me and the rest was… -__- . I just hope this just stays as a wrong de ja vu because JYPE has this sick marketing strategy but it kinda “downgrades” (can’t think of a better word) their artists representation along the way.

Song was ok. But I think music-wise and direction wise, Secret is faring better. So is 4minute lol I wanted to saya but they’re not rookies anymore so.

Wow!
There seems to be a lot of people who either disliked this song because of the lyrics or the dance or just plain darn despite it.

I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but I’m sure some of you will be drawn to dancing to parts of this dance or singing it soon, it’s going to happen. K-Pop is addictive like that.

And furthermore, it seems to appeal to some people especially since it has a reggae/dancehall feel. Personally, I love it. There are some parts of this video that I’m like “Do you know what you are doing or saying?” But it’s the company but miss A pulled it off. Can’t wait for live performances.

No auto-tune and you can hear the girls’ voices clearly. Already much better than most KPop songs nowadays.

Min is so hot.

In the context of the current Kpop scene, this song is actually refreshing. The song isn’t drenched in Auto-Tune, the dancing is fun and sexy (although the finger to the mouth move is a bit ‘wtf?’), and it’s like a better, less annoying version of the Wonder Girls’ “Tell Me” (and Suzy makes me feel much less uncomfortable/creeped out as ahjussi-bait than Sohee did…even though she’s still underage :-/). Hopefully they don’t completely ditch the “Good Girl, Bad Girl” concept for the future.

And as long as they give both Min and Jia enough attention, I’m happy.

Um…I didn’t expect this at all. I actually thought it would be funkier. I thought the song was bland, they seem like good dancers though, and the blonde haired girl is cute. Yes, no auto-tune but that doesn’t make this song any better, it’s pretty boring in my opinion.

OT: As someone else mentioned, what is with these one liner updates. I know we’ve all had our claws out in certain posts. But it’s a shame to see the quality of the site dwindle down to YT links and picture posts. This isn’t Tumblr.

Wow, I didn’t expect to see so much disgust for this song and concept. I think people are thinking too much and too hard about the music that is being presented here. Has no one ever wanted to listen to a song that was just flightly and fun? No “Deeper Meaning” or “intricate hard hitting choreography”? That’s what I feel for this song. I think it is cute, catchy, and fun! I don’t take it seriously, except in that I find it seriously catchy the more I hear it. It will be interesting to see the kpop reaction to it live though.

  This MV and the song are catchy and fun, but while the song itself is cutesy and the concept is colorful, the girls don’t look like they’ve completely changed from the simplistic/fierce BGGG image. I see nothing like, “Oppa, I’m so cute! Please look at me, I want you!” that other girl groups have displayed before.

Everyone happy they didn’t use autotune but I really wish they did because I wouldn’t be able to tell how lackluster all their voices are. There is no powerhouse singer in the entire group they all equally lack vocal talent and make up for it with splits.The song kinda of sucks and bggg was tons better. The video’s cool though

This dance could have been so much better for this song! Pls leave the lame repetitive moves to the wondergirls! Miss A can do so much better than this! They also went overboard with the oufits. With the crazy dance and color spazzed MV, simple outfits would’ve been better!
Overall, I like the song and that’s about it.

Nobody thinks this look like something 2NE1 would sing? I mean the stage, the choregraphy & even the reggae beat (even though it was really simple) reminded me of 2NE1. It is very different from Good Girl Bad Girl so now I’m a little confused as to what image Miss A wants to represent.
