After School Tease MV ‘Bang!’
We finally get a listen to ‘Bang!’ and it’s hot. I loved Drumline, liked Destiny Child’s ‘Lose My Breath’ and go crazy for anything with a kick-ass drum solo. And surprisingly, that is no special effects trickery; it’s really the girls playing those drums. They apparently trained nonstop for seven months prior to their comeback. And the hard work shows:
You also get a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it peek at new member Lizzy. She’s not just the new maknae, she’s also Uee’s replacement – Uee will begin filming for her new drama during the promotional period, and apparently seven girls on stage is less of an eyesore than six.
In any case, I was banking on After School to bring me something different than the current black/dark/emo concept, and it looks like we have a lot to look forward to. And what’s better, the girls are confident and sexy not wearing black, but pink. Take that, conformity!

I can’t wait for this to come out!! I’ve been underwhelmed by all the other groups lately. These girls can pull off sexy and mature without looking like they’re trying to hard, I love them.
Also glad UEE will be busy doin other things – I’m not hating – she is excellent in almost all other arenas – but I could not stand watching [the gratuitous shots of] her during stage performances.

ahhh this is such a please to the yes and the ears, this girls can pull off sexy without even trying, and practice drums for six months? thats what I call hard work!!! Im just hoping that this girls get the attention they deserve.
