KARA goes all CSI on us in new concept photos for their yet-to-be-titled third mini-album. The photos are sophisticated and atmospheric, but I bet you 100 Won it won’t transfer to the album single concept. Enjoy!

totally. they have been a disappointment so far. was really anticipating their previous comeback when they released the pics and the teasers yet they came up with lame, mediocre songs like wanna and mister. the butt dance was over-rated as well. the choreography is not even difficult. and yes always wondered how they became singers and dancers when they lack in both.
i know they work really hard and are prob one of the most down to earth grps, but dsp has yet to give them a song which has really wowed ppl.
and they btr give park gyuri nicer clothes to wear this time. shes the prettiest and is the leader and yet she always gets the dumpiest most conservative clothing when hara and jiyoung wear more revealing stuff. ridiculous.
btw i like Kara, so i disagree with 2/4 of your statement.
WOWIE!.. i’m sooo excited.. i LOVE KARA!.. they have grown sooo much!.. i can NOT wait until this one comes out.. it looks so different and mysterious!>. haha… :) HWAITING KARA!..
it would be better if people at least WAIT for the songs to come out before judging.
when it comes to KARA people are like, hey it’s not gonna happen blabla but when more popular girl groups, people accepts EVERYTHING even if it’s all autotuned and singing for “oppas”
Not really. Honestly speaking you might have that kind of assumption because those groups you are pertaining to have more following than KARA recently, but you have to take in mind that those groups get the worst comments as well. Like really bad comments that are not even related to their “heavy-autotuned” and “oppa-inclined” songs. So far the comments here are about how the concept looks good on them, which is true. Some have apprehensions, but hey it can’t be helped because they did have a very interesting concept back in 09 but it wasn’t completely translated with their music, even though Mister was a hit.
You have to give credit when it’s due. This concept is spot on! They’ve proven themselves so much.
They’re going for a Fin.KL “Now” concept.
If you don’t like KARA, better not talk sh*t before they even release their teaser video.
They have a lot of fans too.
I love Nicole and i think this concept is really good…if they have the talents to pull it off…and whether or not it will really be the “true” concept is still a question. Seriously, is this dark theme like really popular nowadays?
i liked their previous concept cause they were hotter on the revolution album cover lol

My two cents on KARA: They can’t “sing” but they do have voices. They don’t necessarily have the best “dancing” but the choreo is very catchy. VERY catchy. KARA has so much charm it’s hard not to try to enjoy something they do. They’re entertainers. They entertain.
As for the photos, I know the song they’re going to be promoting is “Lupin” (Get it? French detective?) Gyuri looks amazing. THe short hair are really doing a number for her eyes. Jiyoung looks like she might be a stand out this time around (’bout time)! I’m kind of excited~
Uh people say they’re coming out with subpar songs and they can’t sing or dance, but honestly which idol groups are popular only based on talent? 2NE1 as exception, most idols nowadays need catchy dances, songs and noticeable concepts (waving lollipops or pompoms included) to become famous. If KARA hadn’t released “Mister” or “Wanna” they wouldn’t shoot to fame because it’s these type of music that appeals to fans.
Anyway, they look pretty cool to me. After all, they can’t be cutesy princesses forever!

Unlike the other girlgroups, KaRa has been going this far without those “big time” company or “helpful” sunbaes. And for those who said they can’t sing must be a newbie in Kpop and just judging them from Wanna or Mister, but if they listen Kara’s albums as a whole those people would know Kara CAN sing. And Kamilia has been growing too
I am very exited for there new album ^^ I really like Kara, I am a Kamilia and I have been that even before Mister. They are fun to watch and it is fun to listen to there songs and there dances are rather easy to learn ^^
they may not be the greatest dancers or singers in K-pop but they are not that bad! I have heard many other idols sing worse then them.
I am glad they are finally getting more famous, it is about time really.
KARA capitalizes on IDOL image. They are good singers and dancers. I’ll repeat that they’re GOOD. Not great but GOOD. At least good enough for them to survive in KPOP. They’re one of the top girl groups because they have PERSONALITY.
That’s one thing you need. And KARA is by far the girl group that seems to be really interesting at least for me….they have a 4D Korean American, a dork that falls a lot, a cute maknae, a member with Goddess concept and one that is very diligent and talkative.
Because of that, EACH member has a solo TV or radio show. All they need is a good song. Their songs are not giving justice to what they can deliver. I hope with this album, their company will allow them to showcase what they really have.

I’ve only heard Lupin and Wanna and gotta say I loved lupin. brilliant, i downloaded it straight away. Wanna mmm……..not so much kinda mediocre btw who are the two with the short hair? i think they’re the most attractive by far. I know one is Gyuri but who is the other?
