Hottest fans from New York to Korea have covered the JYP buildings with post-it notes encouraging Jaebeom to come back to 2PM.

It’s a thoughtful gesture but I doubt it will change what has happened. Unfortunately, the post-its have been taken off. But I think it’s wonderful how the fans are sticking together.

I agree that they’re smart and creative. Post its stick, but leave a mark. So they can leave their message with messing up someone’s property.

if you didnt notice the korean hottest made a petition that begged for jaebom to stay and forgiveness from netizens
that got like 25000 sigs

No, I knew about the petition, I just there should have been more of a hottest reponse before all the major hatred happened. As far as I know, the come back petition happened AFTER the suicide petition and I think if it had happened earlier or if more hottest had shown their love and forgiveness early then maybe this wouldn’t have happened.
Though I have to admit I was (and still am) very anger about this whole thing. I mean, honestly, if I lived near a JYP office I would be signing a note too. Or if I coul write in korean I would be showing my support on Daum or something.
I am just so upset that Jay felt that he had to leave…

personally i think that we should let Jay have some time to rest and be with his family, but this event is very meaningful and i support the love shown for 2PM &Jay through this none the less!

i heard that one of the girls that started this shit and posted the picture of the comment came out on duam with an apology for starting all this mess! i bet that bitch was trying to not get herself killed by the fans that bombarded her page!
one must learn to forgive. she has admitted her mistake so let’s be gracious about it. if she did really get killed. who’d you think will be blame. so i hope fellow netizens get a hold of themselves and not charge like a blindfolded bull.
my friend that wasn’t a mistake that was maliciousness with the intent on hurting someone and she succeeded. She definitely deserves to hear plenty of anger as what she did wasn’t necessary.

this is just too much to handle.. i can’t barely sleep knowing that 2pm might perform at the 2009 Dream Concert without LEADER JAEBEOM!!! i’m truly am deeply sad by this matter…

Allow me to share this story which some of you are probably familiar. Vicky Zhou propelled to stardom after she acted in “My Fair Princess”. She became advertisers darling and everyone wanted a piece of her. She travelled far and wide and was very famous. Well, some people were green with envy! Soon people start nitpicking her, her little moves were construed negatively. It blown out of proportion when she wore a modeling piece and her fellow countrymen considered it betrayal to her country. I won’t go into details as I might be lambasted here. She was pelted with rotten eggs and had faeces thrown at her on stage and had lawsuits thrown at her subsequently. She was ostracized, together with family. Friends became strangers and avoided her. She confined herself and self-reflected. Fans advised her to migrate but ultimately she chose to stay put. I take my hat off to her for her resilience. Today she is still in the entertainment industry. Those who are interested may Google search her.
I hope Jay reads this, but of course I wouldn’t put my hope on it. Sorry for the long boring text.

I love how the Hottests are risking arrest by putting up post its in New York. Too bad there is anything here in San Jose….if I could, I would put 5 stacks of postits on there.

Yeah I’ve read about the whole Vicky Zhou incident a few years ago but I guess the difference is Vicky Zhou is not part of a group while jaebeom is the leader of his group. I guess he felt responsible to his group mates and he didn’t want it to adversely affect them. I think, he could of rode it through but we’ve already seen the criticism spreading to other to his other group mates and even JYP himself. Wonder Girls would of probably been next to be affected negatively. I’m not saying that I wanted him to leave but i’m trying to explain the choice he had to make.
If there is testament to the fact that jaebom has matured and changed from the teenager that wrote that post is the fact that he quickly he apologized and took responsibilty for his past actions.
The fact that those netizens didn’t even try to understand the situaution reflected more on purely hateful they are.
I Truthfully don”t think this is the end. JYP is a master marketer. I’m sure in a year or so, when he feels the environment is right he is going to bring Jaebeom back with a whole redemption angle. 2PM is probably going to have a huge album when he comes back

It is the only way that he will be able to redeem himself in the Korean public’s eyes.
