This is probably going to bore you but I just wanted to say some stuff(:
ALRIGHTY :D Okay this might be weird but I’m saying sorry for being a silent reader for a very long time. Yes, I am a creepy Seoulbeats lurker that reads just about every entry, watches every Seoulbeats video (my favorite part of Seoulbeats!), and constantly reads Ellie’s blog. Heh, sorry for no comments/feedback/blah whatsoever. I’m kind of a lazy person. Half the time I don’t have anything to say, and I thought no one read these comments, hence the reason for my silence.
Buttt here’s my rare comment, and I just wanted to say that I love Seoulbeats because you bash on some aspects of Kpop. Believe it or not, I actually agree on the majority of bad things you bring out. But I also love it when you guys give a great 2PM article, because TAECYEON IS SO MINE! <3

But seriously, just like you don’t like seeing the same thing again & again (I was thinking of 2PM when I wrote that) from k-pop artists, I’ll support your new projects as long as I don’t see the same thing over and over. HAHAHAHAHA….I like seoulbeats. I used to be a silent reader but lately (like months ago I think?) I’ve started leaving comments to some posts because I just felt like it. Even though I don’t agree on most of the post here, its really nice to know someone elses point of view,. after all we’re different. but I agree on love/dislike(hate is a strong word) to kpop. but thats probably one of the reason why kpop is so entertaining to me.

I fell in love with Kpop a few months ago as i was researching for my trip to South Korea; i stumbled upon this web site and fell in love with you guys! I enjoy your constructive criticism, sometime albeit harsh but like you said it’s just tough love. There is a difference between being mean and you understand that.
And i totally relate to the whole after a long day’s work it’s fun to just relax and laugh a little, your vlogs and articles are hilarious :)

cool Nia’s coming to London. You should check out the korean cultural centre. theyre doing an intro to korean cuisine on the 10th, if your here that early. theyre gonna teach how to make bulgogi and there is free food and admission is free too. so im going, free is my favourite price lol

Everyday seems like nothing but posts about the same 3 or 5 K-Pop idol groups. I’m so bored with constantly coming across articles ~only~ about Wonder Girls, SNSD, 2ne1, 2pm & 4minute and hardly anything else.
I know those groups are popular and active at the moment… but it feels like there should be more variety or something.
I can understand what you guys mean when, once you’ve been around Kpop for awhile you get tired of the same old stuff and can become negative about it sometimes. That’s how I feel right now. I am bored with mainsteam Kpop! >.<
What I enjoy most about this site right now is Seoulbeats Weekly, SB Office, and such videos since they’re entertaining ^^
