SNSD: Ballooned Flip Flops are the new trend?

I’m pretty sure that anything SNSD wears, people will love & mimic, so I’m putting my money down now in declaring that ballooned flip flops are the new “IT” trend. But don’t wear them in the sun cause I’m pretty sure A) the balloons will pop & B) it’ll give you a really strange tan line.
Would you guys ever rock this look?

I will not wear the flip flops. But who knows. We probably see them soon everywhere in Korea. But I think Sooyoung (and SNSD) just relief to be out of that high heels that she don’t care what flip flop they give to her.

It’s like they’ve developed some sort of bulbous skin deformation on the foot and it’s going to explode.
Not a flattering style at all. I would definitely not wear it. Ugh.

Then again, you never know, if it ever catches on as a trend it might actually become popular and you’ll see everyone wearing it and next thing you know, you might like it as well and wear it.
Thank goodness I didn’t fall for the ‘Croc’ phase, because those shoes are hideous just like the balloon flipflops.

flops > heels. those heels are killers.
They look like cheap $5 sandals from Payless; the kind little girls would wear who have no money or sense of style.
How the heck could those things become stylish or trendy? Please no.

lol, it’s obviously something funny and comfortable to wear between stage performances on high heels, so I doubt it will really become a trend. I would not wear those, but I’m okay with somebody else wearing those at beach or at home =)

Super cute, but only the hotties of SNSD can rock those flip flops!
In my honest opinion those things are so ugly. if you really look at them, the sandels are basically round balls or grapes…ballons with toys stuck onto them. I can make that at home. I wouldn’t spend my money on them.

Oh those are soo kewl! At first I thought they were grapes or kumquats or something, and I was like nuh uh! But then I did the logical thing and looked at the heading sooo yeah, not tropical fruit wear.
I would wear them (and not just beecause SNSD is wearing them), but you see i’m known as THE klutz in my family (next to my Auntie) so if I did wear them, I’d cause some pretty bad accidents and crying children, so thats a no no for me =).
They look cool; i’d wear them. but they’re not balloons. i think it’s plastic grapes xp.
Oh! I’ve actually seen these flip flops before at a shop where u can get unique lil things. they actually do look cute.^^
