I say wondergirls! Because they have more experience, more well-known and their songs are all hits! Catchy and well-sung with cute dances and funky outfits. The members are also very likeable and talented (sohee’s not as good at singing but she’s super cute and dances ok) Their retro and quirky style is different from other groups.
I don’t have anything against 2ne1, just think that there are enough girlgroups playing up the sexy image! Brown Eyed Girls and After School are better than them at that. I think they have potential since they’re popular though they’re new, but they need more time (:

Wonder Girls! Someone said that 2NE1’s theme is ’sexy’, which I never thought of them as. But I did notice that After School did 2NE1’s style long before them, so if they’re trying to be unique, that’s not working. And people can’t say that they’re the first ones to be like that, unless they mean their clothes and makeup. Personally, I think they go too far with their looks and it just becomes obnoxious. Same thing with some of their singing/rapping, but I do like a couple songs. If you want to say that 2NE1 is cute, I think the Wonder Girls do it better.
And that’s my next point. You said that the Wonder Girls are just ‘cute, catchy, and popular’ but they’re definitely ‘fierce, fabulous, and talented’, too. It sounded more like you were describing SNSD. The Wonder Girls have been cute, sexy, ’so hot’, mature, everything you can imagine. I love that they’ve gone through many genres while still sticking with their own style. If you can’t tell, JYP said before that they were supposed to have a 60s/70s/80s image, which they achieve with their electronica/funk beats. I’m not sure how to describe it, but if you look through their album, you’ll find it along with ballads, another genre they continuously do. Their personality, struggles, and energy combine to make them not just the singers, not just the dancers, but the performers they are. When I see them on stage, anywhere, in videos, I am in awe. This is what made me fell in love with them and why a major population of the globe loves them, too.
