2PM play “Musical Mics” at the Pop Music Awards
Okay before everyone yells at me, I know I update way too much news on 2PM but I can’t help it! So many lovely readers keep sending me 2PM tips so I just have to put them up. Anyhow, the boys of 2PM performed some of their hit songs at this years Pop Music Awards and it was as if all the microphones were playing a HUGE joke on the group. Most of the mics weren’t working and every time a member went to go sing their part the mic would die and all of a sudden the guys had to think and trade mics every second. There are parts where some of them are holding two mics at one time, then switching it up, and omg it got too crazy. Also the sound system was horrendous but overall they tried their best and that’s all that really counts.
Moral of the story: TEST ALL MICS THOROUGHLY POP MUSIC AWARDS BEFORE HANDING THEM TO YOUR PERFORMERS!

wow they did great! trading mics at the right times while dancing. geez 2pm always gets bad mics… like the time jay had to cover for taec’s rap cause his mic died -_-

Ok…as someone who has had the same thing happen on stage at the worst possible moment, I have so much respect for them being able to carry off that performance without even missing a beat!! Awesome…

As much as I’m amazed at the boys’ professionalism, I cringed at the thought of how unprofessional the event organizer was.

OMG!!!!!! I missed Only You (Winter Special) so BAAAD!!!!!!! Kyah!!! Can’t believe they sing it. I love this version better than the first one =D. And their old prefs of the Only You (Winter Special) version are all SERIOUSLY CUTE!!!!!!! And… ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!! They are so professional. Why does things like this happen to them so often?!? and… is it just me or does it seem like this only happens to them? I mean it always them in the Kpop world… sigh. But I guess it might happen to other singers but as they are lipsyncing… you can’t really tell?
the stage setup and lighting is nice.. but the sound quality is the worst i’ve ever heard at a big event like this o____O
mic stuffups always seem to happen to taec.. last time he was saved by jay rapping instead, this time junsu passing the mic to him smoothly
and the ‘only you’ remix is sooo good! kinda boppy and cutesy but would be a really nice summer (or for some reason i feel christmas) song

yeaaah it’s really bad. How can this happen when thais are making k-artists come here like they r gods and then everything goes wrong. You shud find about f.t.island today, poor guys!
Also yesterday 2pm needed to wait for like an hour because it was raining like crazy, so lucky it did stop but the day before Ajoo had event also and they needed to stop in the middle of the event and continue later coz it started raining like crazy~
