Kim Yu-Na’s Self Interview
The 2010 Vancouver Olympics grow nearer and nearer and nobody in Korea is under more pressure than my favourite girl, Kim Yu-na. Despite her packed schedule, she’s made a video interviewing herself, taking the opportunity to thank her fans back at home.
Unannounced and unexpected, netizens first stumbled upon a video called ‘김연아의 셀프 인터뷰’ (Kim Yu-na’s Self-Interview), which showed her in her training clothes, without make-up and in her most natural image we have seen so far.
Yu-na introduces the curling rink where she is currently training and revealed her training schedule for Vancouver “soon this will be opening as a specialised figure skating rink and that’s when the training can really begin”. Later during her break from training, she introduces us to the cricket grounds and shows a little of life in Canada that Korean fans may be curious about.
While Yu-na escapes the sweltering summer heat in Canada, she will be returning to Korea to perform in “Samsung Anycall and Hauzen Ice Allstars 2009″ from the 14th to the 16th of August. This show is set to gather all the stars from figure skating around the world and is expected to be much bigger and creative than the last concert in April.

i know this is kinda off topic.. but is that the official spelling of her name? coz if its romanised, it would be yun-a (yeon-ah) or something like that.. but i always see it as yu-na.. meh :)
she is naturally beautiful in a very asian way :D and so talented.. really wish her well
Angela, I agree with you … LOL I was always confused whenever I read her name in English because I always thought it would be Yeon Ah.
