Kim Hyun Joo would like So Ji Sub to call her
Call it breakup remorse or just pr for her new drama series but Kim Hyun Joo sounds a little like a woman pining after her rumored ex-boyfriend So Ji Sub. Not that I would blame her, every other girl would give up their right arm to be with the actor. The story on their rumored relationship was open and closed several years ago after it became a well known fact that these two had broken up. The story goes that the two started going out in the early 2000’s when Kim Hyun Joo was a huge star and CF queen and So Ji Sub was still a poor and struggling newbie actor . Apparently they dated for a long time and broke up before So Ji Sub himself became a household name with “What happened in Bali” and “I’m sorry, I love you”.
Kim Hyun Joo, who had previously been silent on the relationship rumors, opened up somewhat to ”Entertainment Relay” today about the subject saying that the two had been “really close friends” for many years but that they had lost contact for quite awhile now. The actress said, “If you see this broadcast, please call me”. Kim Hyun Joo is currently playing a lawyer in the new drama, “Partner” which also stars Kim Dong Wook and Honey Lee.

anyways, it seems like a lot of stars are making these types of confessions nowadays.. lol sour grapes much? and a lot of guys make comments or songs along the lines of ‘i loved you, why did you throw me away, now i’m rich&famous, suck hahaha’
though admittedly it must be strange for a famous lady star to see a former boyf become more famous than they are.. maybe bc a lot of male stars become famous when they’re a little older, while female stars definitely seem to have a shorter celebrity lifespan than males..
so they met on ‘glass slipper’ no???
