Son Dambi sends After School home
After School and Son Dambi recently joined forces, sort of, for the ending portions of After School’s “Diva” and the opening of Dambi’s “Saturday Night”. I believe that the company was hoping for some sort of female empowerment moment with these artists briefly sharing the stage. However, the fact that After School has never won on any music show since their debut, makes this seem more like a handout. Although they do belong to the same company, Dambi has constantly been sending After School straight home, without trips to the corner store for snacks. Personally, I don’t think there are any hard feelings between the girls. I actually like After School’s strong themes and Son Dambi’s tunes and catchy dances. Now only if she had the voice to make me love them. Here is an idea for a “Special Stage”; have someone else perform Son Dambi’s song. Just Once Please!

They’re all tall, cute & some pretty
but out of all those girls (SDB + After School),
only Jungah can actually sing well (but not amazing).
Gahee and the others can carry a tune but I don’t like their “singing” much.
SDB sucks at live performances.
You can only appreciate her dancing, not her singing.
They’re not that great and neither is Dambi, but I do like their songs!
I hate Dambi’s Saturday night though!
i keep thinking of SNL when i see the title Saturday Night…
i think after school has better singing skills than son dambi, but she has so much more star quality. she owns the stage (but disappoints with her voice) whereas they’re just good… not stand out. esp since they seem to have ditched the super sexy route that made them stand out.

Am I the only one that HATES the song Saturday Night? The only reason I watch Son Dambi’s perfs is because that girl oozes confidence when she performes! AWESOMENESS!:)
I prefer After School over Son Dambi, music wise and style wise.
I really hate Saturday Night too. I loved Son DamBi’s early stuff, but the rest not so much. I love After School though

Its ok if they haven’t won an award yet ^^. They have been against bigger groups like super junior, 2PM and even son dambi who is popluar than AS. Even though they haven’t won an award yet, they are gettin lots of attention and getting lots of fans. Hopefully when they come out with a new single, it will launch them higher and they will win awards ^o^.

I hate Saturday Night…well maybe cause I don’t like Dambi’s voice but the song itself is horrid.
I like After School…they’re songs are pretty catchy. But I did dislike Diva when I first heard it a few times…I thought it was such a ugly song for some reason.

After School has only been out for about 4 months – give them some time to start winning awards. Son Dambi just started to win awards recently and she’s been out for two years.
it took dambi her 4th single to win an award on the weekly music shows.
her hardwork has paid off and After School will get their due recognition one day.

honestly, gahee pwns every one of them in every way but she had a past so yeah
diva doesn’t have the same spark as ah… its just lacking in a way.. i hope they come out with more catchy tunes in the future.. i’d really like them around still
