2PM brings home second win
(No, I didn’t have to fight Ellie to put up this post. Not much anyway.)
The guys of 2PM have brought home their second #1, scoring their first ever Mutizen win from SBS’ Inkigayo. They won their first ever award a few days ago with their #1 on MNet’s M Countdown. Their second single “Again and Again” has been doing really well on the charts, but to be fair, they haven’t had much heavy competition. They were up against labelmates 2AM, Younha, SG Wannabe, Ji Ah, K Will, but let’s be honest, none of those songs were bombastic. But next week, we see the debut of 2NE1 and Super Junior may be performing a song off their upcoming repackaged album. Then we’ll see if 2PM is still king. It’s a little sad how the duke for #1 is always really between YG, SM, and JYP, eh?

congrats to 2pm im a fan of 2pm but also like or 2ne1 and suju… its going to be a big fight… and its sooo worth to watch. but i still hope 2pm will still be king… :) good luck boys :)
i just hope to see 2ne1 perform live successfully. why are people pressuring them to have #1 right away? they’re still newbs. they don’t have to win right away. i guess it’s a compliment to consider them as some kind of big competition? i feel bad for the group, so much pressure on them. =[
not sure if suju will win for their next song. but good luck to them also.

you’re right daysgoby, none of the other songs were bombastic.
i don’t think again & again is a bombastic song either, but it’s better than those others it was up against.
I dont care if they win next week or not, they’re still the best for me <3 (but it would be great :D)
Again&Again is one of the best song i’ve heard last few months, totally love it and Im never bored of this song <3

I’m not really expecting 2NE1 to be #1 immediately but I expect that “Fire” is gonna do some serious damage because it is a good song, and YG’s been out of it lately with no Big Bang in the field and Se7en off going on awkward dates. So it’s up to 2NE1 to rep YG and I’m sure they’ll give the rest of the boys a huge run for their money.

i agree with you daysgoby… although i’m a big fan of some of the artists from those big companies, i sometimes think that they are over rated…
so i don’t really care about this awards since majority of those were produced by fans/popularity votes…it’s like idols with the biggest fansclub over the ones with the real talent…so i’m always interested more on who gives an effing performance..
i’m not looking forward for 2ne1’s win next sunday, i wanna see them rock the stage rather than winning as if they will gonna die after that..lol..it’s better to see them start from the scratch then climb their way up…the faster you rise, the harder you fall…fans are just giving the too much pressure…
i don’t know if 2pm will still win next week since majority of their fans came from outside korea..but congrats to them!! 2pm ftw!!
