Yoochun plays a fan…AGAIN
Yoochun has done it again. He has caused an uproar in fan communities. Some say he did the right thing, some say he’s a *!&#%# and I say… shit happens.
Here’s the play-by-play. Yoochun and the rest of the Dong Bang Shin Ki members were walking through the airport, going into security. When Yoochun got to the gate a fan puts her camera in his face, he grabs it, there is a tug-of-war and then he pulls it away. He gets into a bit of a discussion with one of the airport employees and then he hands the camera off to another.

Maybe it was personal space thing, maybe it was a personal security thing and maybe it was just an “I’m too sexy for your camera” thing. Regardless, in my opinion if you’re a public figure you should expect this sort of thing, If you’re a fan you should have the mental capacity to back up and let people breath and MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you are an airport you should not allow people to loiter with cameras, high estrogen and an underdeveloped frontal lobe.
No one is really at fault, because every action has a reaction, right? She got too close, Yoochun reacted, maybe it was an over reaction, maybe not, I don’t know. What I DO know is that it’s pretty ridiculous that fans are saying things like, “that bitch deserved what she got”. Just because you don’t want your ridiculous obsession with another human being to be tainted by a nasty outburst by said person doesn’t give you the right to accuse another person with a likewise ridiculous obsession of deserving to get her camera ripped from her hands. And on the flip side Yoochun may be a bit of a diva but that’s no excuse for name calling.
Moral of the story? It’s not that serious so get off your soapboxes people.

exactly. although what she did was absolutely out of place..
personal space? he’s a celebrity, should he expect people to just look at him?of course the woman would get excited. and the camera wasn’t even THAT close for him to react like that. what yoochun did this time is so unprofessional, no doubt. and no excuses. he might have had a bad day and he’s probably dead tired but it’s so unprofessional of him to grab the camera and even have a little tug of war with the woman. i am disappointed.. :[

Well, while I agree it’s might be his sickness/jet lag & being a human that caused him to blow like that, he still has to own up to his action.
If you think the girl deserve to get her camera snatched away, then Yoochu should expect to get criticized for his action. Her wrong won’t make his right.
Just like if you have an argument/fight with your siblings because you have a bad day, doesn’t mean you won’t get scolded from the parents for behaving badly. The same treatment for Mr.Diva here.
oh man..i find it too funny for words…I never really thought Micky was like that. I thought he was the calmest of the group…i was wrong…He was kinda scary actually…I personally never really liked him..i was more of a Jaemin type person but im kinda happy he reacted, shows that how fans, esp korea girls, glorify them is totally useless..Cus they are like what 21/22/23? Thats so young so of course they are gonna react..Im kinda disappointed at the fan…Lets say instead of Yoochun is was Changmin, whose my fav, if he snatched my camera and all I would return the attitude and “fight” him back. I mean just because they your favorite star doesnt mean he can mistreat you like that, even if you were in the wrong. Thats just me..but anyways this story is useless..ahahha…but that shows how the korean fans are just crazier…I mean when i saw the Wondergirls and 2Pm where they came to nyc i didnt act like that at all and all of us were composed and organized…but i can understand his reaction since he’s been sick for a while and they have to go everywhere all the time…I actually half wanted it to be Junsu to see how he would react….
What a Diva!! There are more than enough evidences to show that Micky is a rude and insensitive person but yet, delusional DBSK fans ignore them and defend him blindly. Imagine if other celebrities like Rain, Se7en or Boa behaved this way, people will most likely bashed them and call them “DIVA” etc.
Yes celebrities are human too, so of course they would have their bad days.
BUT
the way I see it BOTH parties are in the wrong.
Yoochun- Honey, you should never grab something out of someone else’s hand. It’s their personal property and plus they could sue you for assult or something if they wanted too. That was rude of you to do.
Fangirl- Ever heard of personal space? How about you respect your idol more and let them go through checkout in peace. It is not only extremely rude of you to do what you did to Yoochun but it’s also rude towards the other people waiting in line to get on the plane.

Both were wrong for what they did but this isn’t too big of an issue to blow everything out of proportion. Then again I don’t know what you mean by again, did he do this before? if so, WOW O_O, no comment =_=

Anyway, I heard that it’s most likely Yoochun gave the camera to his manager, instead of to the airline staff, who planned on confiscating it.
he gave it to the manager because that way he’d be able to give it back to the fan.

i don’t think he took it too far, he was just waiting to go through the security check when the one going through before him tries to “casually” snap a shot of him from 3-inches away. It’s one thing to be a fan and takes a few pictures, but if you’re that close and going to end up on the same plane anyways, why don’t you just wait until there’s more space and ask him if he wouldn’t mind taking a second to take a picture. If that was done, 1) she would have gotten a much better shot and 2) she would have been able to actually keep her camera to get the photo.

Oh good god. This is not the first time he’s acted like an asshole to a fan. “Having a bad” day is not an excuse to treat anyone like crap. She was simply taking a photo of him (he’s a celebrity isn’t him?)He has no right to rudely snatch someones camera away from them. I don’t care how much of a big shot celebrity he thinks he is. He could of politely asked her to stop or even put his hand over his face if he didnt want to be taken pictures of. This guy is out of control. Someone needs to take that stick out of his ass. Do celebrities understand that they would be no where without their fangirls/boys? Its these same girls that buy every single album they make and go to every single concert they perform at. At moments like that, they sit there and comment on how much they “love” their fans and how much they “appreciate” them. Yet its moments like this that they decide that their “Fans” are annoying and so its okay to push and shove them out of the way like a piece of trash thats lying on the streets. WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO. What annoys me even more than micky’s attitude is the fact that his fans will come up with any type of excuse to defend his actions. Are you stupid? i love tvxq.. but there’s just one place and moment where i hate them.. its when they’re at airports.. when i first got into them, its what i noticed.. can’t they just give a simple hi or even a plastic smile.. it would be okay.. but they always look so conceited and rude which made me thing that all that i’ve watched in those shows and the things that they said were more plastic than i thought..
BUT until i saw vids of these girls did i realize that ignoring them were the best thing.. cassiopeia’s so crazy about them.. they disregard all logic when the boys are in front of them… the airport is a public and most importantly strict place.. a simple smile may cause a stampede .. we’ll never know.. these fangirls are just crazy

Though yoochun wants that so called personal space. He can just let the lady put down her camera calmly and not grab it like a shitass. He’s a public personality. He must’ve get used to it.
@April: I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but I read somewhere that Father SM told them not to accept things or make eye contact with their fans at the airport for some reason.
So Yoochun will probably get a lecturing from Father SM and Leader-shii.

Thing is this…How do fans know when artists are coming/leaving the airport? Someone in the Taiwanese entertainment industry explained to me that management comnpanies in Asia let fan clubs know when stars are coming/going at airports to build up the hype around them. I’ve always wondered if this was true. Just seems crazy that tons of people show up with cameras just out of the blue when idols are traveling.
The fan looked very embarassed when he took the camera away from her. She didn’t even look him in the face.
Sorry most of you probably know this already but Micky didn’t do anything wrong. Just because the video shows some snatching going on, doesn’t mean he did that.
The girl was all in his face so he took her hand and brought the camera down but he told her girl to stop and that he will give the camera back to her, WHICH IS WHY SHE LET GO.
The misunderstanding happened when an airport staff guy grabbed the camera from mickys hand, so then MICKY snatched it back from that guy and said he needs to give it back to the girl (fan). He handed it over to some dbsk staff to delete the pics she took maybe…and they gave it back to her after he went for check-in

.. that wasn’t even overacting . after i read the discription , i was expecting a violent grab for the camera and then storming off . but he looked pretty calm although pissed. although your a celebrity and they say you should be used to this stuff , they’re still human , they still want their personal space, they still get pissed, and the deffenatly will have their own reactions to these things .
Yeah, I think it was sort of an overreaction. Like, c’mon, she’s a fan. She wanted a photo of a guy she idolizes. I probably wouldn’t take a photo so close up, but hey, it was in the heat of the moment. She was standing right there, he was walking by, and she tried to snap a photo. Her reaction makes perfect sense to me.
His, not so much so. Sorry, but this isn’t exactly the worst thing that could happen to you. I’m sure they’ve had more shit before, so this should be nothing for him.

When I first watched this, i felt bad for laughing.

If you watch closely, she let go of the camera and looked down. Why? He’s not God, so why can’t you look at him and pull your camera back? I mean, the camera looked expensive and if you’re going to give up all that money just because someone famous took it from you, then sure you deserve what you get.
