I wouldn’t mind the repetitive “criticisms” you guys dish out all the time if you wouldn’t get so butthurt anytime someone leaves a rude comment. If your going to bash, oh I mean “criticize”, a popular artist people are going to disagree with you. So please, just chill out and step off your pedestal.

you are a genius. im glad other people like you can not only realize, but also express what many others are blind to regarding “bashing”.

the definition of bashing will always change but for the time being, bashing certain idols is insulting to fans, neutral netizens, and whoever is able to see the insulting comments (idols do read comments left from netizens. ex: tiffany @soshfied). the basis of bashing: insults, will unlikely differ drastically over time but its a matter of how they accept the insults that determine how serious it is. regardless, an insult is an insult. anymore straight forward?

If anyone noticed the title of the post is, Seoulbeats Dictionary, which means it doesn’t matter how bashing is considered literally/officially/in others’ (humble or not so humble) opinions, its how the ladies (I assume you’re all ladies unless there is a gentleman among the writers…I apologize in advance) who write for Seoulbeat see bashing. Which means they wish for readers to understand – to them what they write is not always/rarely ever “bashing” because that’s just their style of writing. It doesn’t matter what the consensus of what bashing is in reality.

So sit back, relax, enjoy their writing with an open mind, take their words with a grain of salt, and not get so offended. Don’t like what they say, oh well, don’t read the writer’s articles next time, just look at the pictures or whatever you’re aiming for :D

To be honest, I am highly amused by witty commentaries, negative or positive, as long as they’re, amusing and not filled with curses and incomprehensible hate (which by the way…BORES ME TO TEARS~). My loooooooong two cents on the situation~
