Female Big Bang saves G-Dragon’s Pinky blunder?
And so, G-Dragon’s latest fashion escapade was not for naught. He was actually headlining YG’s “Female Big Bang’s” first single “Lollipop” which is also the name of LG Cyon’s new campaign.
In conjunction with LG, the yin and yang of hip-hop got together to film a “Lollipop” CF and MV sometime last week. While the CF is to start airing on 28th March, their MV is slated for a later release, possibly in early April.
The Big Bang leader took reigns as overall producer for the as-yet-unnamed girl group and “Lollipop” is first up in a line-up of “musical goodies” he has in store. Although it’s too early to be expecting anything, I’m seeing some colouful electronic beats in the poster above.
In the meantime, I’m glad we have something else to look at. The 4 girls who have been more or less confirmed as a group – Gong Min Ji, Park Bom, Sandara Park and CL – will start with their digital single release on 27th March and take the rest of 2009’s activities from there. Watch this space for updates!
After all the hype and anticipation going on, I’m really looking forward to their music. Basically to see if it meets expectations, since everyone’s talking about how long they’ve trained :D
everyone is so colourful. i guess its in? since the majority of the idols have made colourful their theme.
i’ll just stick to my trusty black navy and greys though. its too much of a headache to even look at so many colours.
Now if only they could display this much colour on the runways, then Korean fashion would be so much more interesting to study >_<

I was expecting some good stuff, like female Hip Hop stars or what not. Not wondergirls/SNSD on acid. FFS!
So the ‘Lollipop’ song is going to be released on the 27th? Cool! I didn’t realize it’d be out so soon. Now if only I could recognize any of them in the above picture…

I have high anticipation with this group. I love Park Boom voice. I hope they can live up to the expectation and none of them putting the group down

Why does it look as though GD was photoshopped into the picture?? His leg that is sticking out dont look like its on that girl’s leg lol. They couldnt have him like sit on the first step or something. He’s blocking the poor girl. All we can see is her head sticking out.

the only thing that comes to mind are ‘kissing you’ or ‘come into my candy shop. u can lick my lollipop.’ both of which i despise and the latter won’t even pass censorship.
I was looking forward to this group coming out. now im freaked out. i hope that song is better than it seems.
Although I’m sick of lollipops, I think the girls look great and rock the bright color scheme. I’m really looking forward to their debut! The boys look cute too haha… G Dragon looks like he doesn’t belong in the picture though XD his hair and ridiculous hat are crazy (but kinda cute).
